An academic cheating scandal could leave Florida State without as many as 25 players when the Seminoles go against Kentucky in the Music City Bowl on Dec. 31. According to an article I read, there is an online course that many players (and regular students) took that is at the heart of this. The story said that an assistant academic adviser gave answers during tests and there was something about an actual academic adviser who was giving answers and typing papers. Because of the huge implications for the school, I suspect that the details are a bit sketchy for a reason at this point.
Things look good for University of Kentucky in their bowl then. Too bad about their basketball team being so awful this year!
