10 Minute Cheesy Mexican Rice

Ingredients:
1 can ( 10-1/2 oz.) condensed chicken broth (1-1/3 cups)
1 cup thick N' chunky salsa
2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked


Directions:
MIX broth and salsa in medium saucepan. Bring to boil. ADD rice and cheese product; stir. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. STIR until cheese product is melted. Substitute: Prepare as directed, using reduced-sodium condensed chicken broth. Jazz It Up: Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro just before serving. How to Cube the cheese produce: Cut measured amount of Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Then, cut each slice crosswise in both directions to make cubes.
