15 Minute Chicken and Rice Dinner

1 Tbsp oil (2Tbps if regular pan)
4 small, bonless skinless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/3 Cups water
1/4 tsp Paprika (can be left out if desired)
1/4 tsp Pepper (can be left out if desired)
2 Cups Minute White Rice, uncooked
2 Cups fresh/frozen broccoli flowerettes (optional)

  1. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken. Cover. Cook 4 min on each side or until cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet.
  4. Add soup, water, and seasonings to skillet, stir.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken, cover.
  7. Cook on low heat for 5 min.
