15 Minute Chili & Rice Dinner

1 lb. ground beef
1 can ( 15-1/2 oz.) kidney beans, drained
1 can ( 14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can ( 8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 env. ( 1-1/4 oz.) chili seasoning mix
2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked

Directions:
BROWN meat in large skillet on medium heat. Drain. ADD beans, tomatoes with their liquid, tomato sauce, water and seasoning mix; stir. Bring to boil. STIR in rice; cover. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 min. Stir before serving. Makes 6 servings. Substitute: Substitute 1 tsp. chili powder, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. ground cumin and 1/4 tsp. salt for the chili seasoning mix. Substitute: Substitute frozen Pure Ground Turkey, thawed, for the ground beef.
