1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups water
2 cups MINUTE Brown Rice, uncooked
4 cups broccoli florets
1 large red pepper, cut into strips
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Sprinkle steak with garlic powder; cook and stir 5 min. or until steak is cooked through. ADD water and teriyaki sauce; stir. Bring to boil. Stir in rice, broccoli and peppers. Return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 5 min. Remove from heat. LET stand 5 min. Fluff with fork. Makes 4 servings, about 1-2/3 cups each. Substitute: Substitute 1/4 cup soy sauce plus 2 tablespoons water for the 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce. Substitute 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken, cut into strip for the beef.
