Baked Brie Bites Super Yummy Appetizer
1 pkg. (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm Mini Puff Pastry Shells
2 tbsp. seedless raspberry jam
8 oz. Brie cheese, cut into 24 pieces
1 tbsp. pecans, toasted and chopped
Bake, cool and remove the "top" of the shells according to the package directions. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F.
Place 1/8 teaspoon of the jam and 1 piece of the cheese in each shell. Sprinkle with the pecans. Place the filled shells on a baking sheet.
Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
