Porcupine Meatballs

1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 small packet meatloaf seasoning
1 jar (15-1/2 oz. or larger) spaghetti sauce

MELT butter in small skillet on medium high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender. ADD onions to meat, rice, egg and seasoning packet in large bowl. Add 1/4 cup water; mix until well blended. Shape into 30 meatballs. POUR spaghetti sauce skillet. Bring to boil; add meatballs. Return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 15 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through. Makes 5 servings. Serving Suggestion: Round out each serving with 1/2 cup hot cooked rice and a serving of sauteed vegetables. Substitute: Substitute thawed frozen Ground Turkey for the ground beef.
