Steak Soft Tacos

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 cup water
1 cup salsa
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 cup MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
8 flour tortillas
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded


Directions:
HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir until lightly browned. Stir in water, salsa and seasoning mix. Bring to boil. STIR in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir. SPOON steak mixture evenly onto tortillas; sprinkle with cheese. Fold up sides of tortillas to enclose filling. Makes 4 servings, 2 tacos each. Family Fun: Take a long walk with your family after enjoying this meal. Substitute: For a whole grain alternative, substitute MINUTE Brown Rice for the MINUTE White Rice. Family-Favorite Soft Tacos: Omit oil. Prepare as directed, substituting 1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked and drained, for the browned steak strips. Easy Soft Tacos: Omit oil. Prepare as directed, substituting 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Grilled Chicken Breast Strips for the browned steak strips. Chicken Soft Tacos: Prepare as directed, substituting 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips, for the steak strips.
